Times have indeed changed, because at one time needing to follow gluten free diet was like kissing goodbye to the fun filled culinary delights, and eating was confined to a few food items that were free of gluten. So, today there is no longer the bad tasting gluten free diet that you need to consume, as with many more alternative and pleasant gluten free foods available, you can still remain free of gluten and still love it as well.
